This workshop will provide the opportunity for all coordinators, managers and team leaders to assess their current approach to recruiting, inducting, developing and managing support workers and others who provide services to clients in a home, respite centre or location other than the "office".


Participants will receive the results of Best Practice surveys and research that will allow participants to benchmark their management of support workers and also develop a plan for upgrading their employment cycle management over the next twelve months.
