Income Growth and Marketing for Not-For-Profit Community Services
This workshop is essential for any community service organisation concerned with protecting and improving its current funding and general income situation. The workshop aims to ensure participants can work through the process of identifying and then acting successfully on their best income earning alternatives whilst ensuring social goals are achieved. Participants will complete an assessment of their organisation's current funding and other sources of income, evaluate the range of opinions for increasing its income while achieving its social goals and determine the required step-by-step actions. The workshop will be based around relevant hypothetical situations, case studies and examples.
