Managing for Change, Innovation and Continuous Improvement
This course is designed to provide participants with the competencies and skills to manage, and indeed encourage, a changing work environment in a productive and positive way. Participants will gain skills in both planning effective improvements and change, and responding to unplanned change. There will be a focus on both ensuring effective Continuous Improvement and more transformational change in the Not For Profit Workplace.

This workshop is designed for Managers, Coordinators and Team Leaders, responsible for in-home and centre-based support workers.
Outcomes:
Participants will be able to:
Identify the nature of Continuous Improvement, Transformational Change and Innovation and identify the effects of change on individuals and the team
Develop methods to enhance the positive aspects of change
Communicate with team members to assist the process of change
Manage work re-design and job changes to cope with the impact of change
