The workshop will provide practical information and tools to allow participants to identify and implement appropriate strategies for the management of individuals and teams. Critical skills and usable templates are provided in the following areas:

  • Identifying and adapting your staff management approach for the situation staff are in - highly motivated through to those who have low motivation and interest
