Managing Support Workers in the Community Services Sector
This workshop will provide the opportunity to develop and update skills for recruiting, inducting, developing and managing support workers and others who provide services to clients in a home, respite or location other than 'the office'.

The workshop is designed for Managers, Coordinators and Team Leaders responsible for in-home and centre-based support workers.
Outcomes:
Participants will use the results of Best Practice surveys and research that will allow them to benchmark their management of support workers and to develop a plan for upgrading their management of staff over the next twelve months.
