The Performance Management System and its Application (from Position Description to Performance Review)

This one-day course is designed to provide participants with the competencies and skills to manage, and indeed encourage, a changing work environment in a productive and positive way. Participants will gain skills in both planning effective improvements and change, and responding to unplanned change. There will be an emphasis on both ensuring effective continuous improvement and more transformational change in not-for-profit workplaces. This workshop is designed for Managers, Coordinators and Team Leaders.
