This one-day course is designed to provide participants with the information and competencies to recruit the most appropriate people to join their organisation and work within its Mission, Values and staff objectives in a productive and positive way. Participants will gain skills in identifying the most effective recruitment information to be sent to candidates, interview methods and questions and selection of a candidate who will align with the team, be accountable and be capable of self management within the goals and behaviour expectations of the team leader and manager. Attention will focus on retention and integration strategies to build on the effective recruitment and on continuously improving the recruitment process.
